Filter Service

Our filter service entails the rotation of UL listed, National Fire code 96 compliant, 2" stainless or galvanized steel filters. The frequent changing and cleaning of the grease filters in an exhaust system aids greatly in its overall performance. We work closely with our clients to tailor a program that fits both their needs and budgets.

Exhaust Cleaning

In order to ensure the peak performance of the kitchen exhaust system, and to maintain its compliance with local fire codes, the system needs to be cleaned at regular intervals. A normal cleaning consists of sending a two man crew to steam clean the exhaust system, which includes the fan blades, hood, and all accessible duct work. The cleaning also covers the interior and exterior of the hood, filter frames, hood drip trays, metal back splash, and fire system pipes. American Filter crews are fully bonded and insured. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request.

We work with our clients’ schedules. Weekends & overnights are always an option.
